All DJ services are subject to a personalized quotation or contract approved by the client prior to the event.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms specified in the quotation.
Quoted prices are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
Any request to modify or postpone a booking must be made in writing.
In the event of cancellation by the client less than three months before a private or corporate event, the deposit paid will be retained.
If DJ LIAM SOLO cancels due to force majeure, illness, or weather conditions, the service will be postponed or the deposit refunded—without additional compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability
DJ LIAM SOLO cannot be held responsible for external factors such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, technical issues, delays, sound limitations, or equipment malfunction.
In the event of a technical incident, compensation will take the form of an equivalent service or a refund of the deposit, as appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
All mixes, videos, and creative content produced by DJ LIAM SOLO remain the exclusive property of Guillaume Tacquenier.
Clients may use the recordings and content provided for personal use only. Any commercial use or public broadcast requires prior written consent.
DJ LIAM SOLO reserves the right to use images or videos from performances for promotional purposes, unless the client submits a written objection beforehand, particularly in the case of private or confidential events.
7. Event Terms
Event times and venue details must be respected. Any client delay may shorten the performance time.
Clients agree to provide adequate access and setup conditions for the equipment.
Any extension of performance time or last-minute changes may incur additional fees as specified in the quotation.
8. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal information is collected solely for the management of bookings and services. It is never shared with third parties.
